A Little Bit About Me
Strength in Body & Mind
I have been working in the health and wellness field for many years. Teaching and designing programs for all ages. I have taught classes from Pilates to Aerobics and Creative Dance to Ballet. I have also developed safe and effective recovery programs for patients with cardiovascular problems, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and optimal health. My career interests are grounded in helping people achieve maximum performance, wellness, and happiness in their lives.
For the last several years, I have been teaching Golf Pilates. Working with golfers to improve strength, flexibility, and body symmetry to improve the efficiency of their game and to prevent injury.
In 2023, I added another tool and resource to help my clients, and that was the Pilates Reformer. With the Reformer I can be more specific with the exercises and the intensity of those exercises. The Reformer allows me to help those clients that may not have exercised in years and have limitations or the clients that are highly fit. Wherever their fitness level is, I can improve it and take it to the next level.
